Before you get started.

Do I need a claim number first?

No. You can contact us before opening a claim. If you already have a claim number or estimate, include it so we can discuss where you are in the process.

Will insurance cover all of the repairs?

Coverage, deductibles and payment depend on your policy and the insurer’s review. Confirm those details with your claims representative and discuss any expected out-of-pocket costs before authorizing work.

What if my truck has aftermarket parts?

List your lift, wheels, bumpers, sliders, racks and other modifications. Bring receipts or part details if available, and ask your insurer how your policy covers those parts.

What if my vehicle cannot be driven?

Call our team before arranging delivery so we can discuss the vehicle’s condition and the next steps. Tell us where the vehicle is currently located.

How long will repairs take?

Timing depends on the damage, inspection, parts availability and any required approvals. We’ll discuss the expected schedule after reviewing your vehicle.
